purging tips
ok, I've been ana for about 5 years now and mia for about two. recently I haven't been able to purge my food, just some bile. my teeth hurt constantly and Ive tried a lot of different emetics and none seem to work. does anyone have any tips? since this has happened Ive gained almost 8 lbs in 3 months and am now up to 115. ughh! please help me. aimee Supersize your bottled water, not a value meal. Why don't people supersize their vegetables too? My seeming unbecomingness is because I'm fat and ugly. |

omg. i have the same problem. i can't seem to find out how to. no matter how far i jam my fingers back, it doesn't work. i heard ipacac[sp] could help... |

I use a plastic straw to purge. I chew it till it is flat and curved slightly and it works way better than my fingers. |
