second cat in home

HELP!! I am leaving the country for a year and will be (trying to leave my 5yr old spae cat with my mom who has a 1 1/2 yr old spade cat. My cat is house only and my mom's is house/farm, my mom's cat is quite wild(you cannot hold her) but if you are sitting down she will come and ie on you. My cat is very cuddly(her name is Cuddles) and their first meeting involved peeing and screaming. How do we try to get these two to live together for at least four months until my sister can move out with my cat? What kind of behaviour should we expect and how long? Tnak you in advance. Jolene
