kitten wanting to suck

Hi! We found a kitten someone had dropped in front of our house. We decided to keep the kitten so brought him inside. The kitten whines alot, and he will try to suck on your neck by your hair line. I don't know how old this kitten is so don't really know if it still needs his mom. I have two other cats and they are being very patient and they love on him. But come time for him to take a nap he is unhappy. Can you help?
