Deep South Running Pen "OPEN HOUSE & 1 DAY S&D"
We would like to welcome everyone to the OPEN HOUSE & 1 Day S&D Hunt at the Deep South Running Pen in Picayune,M.S. We will have lots of food and great SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!!!!!
I will start taking #'s on July 5th.Call(228-493-3180)
August1st:Bench Show at 7:00pm Run August2nd cast at
5:00am and run 5hrs.Entry Fee will be 40.00 a dog!!!
Hope everyone can come and view the pen and enjoy the fun,food and fellowship....

ok,excuse me for even asking, but i would have to drive 3hrs to this pen for the hunt with about 4 hounds to put in the hunt & spending alot on gas because everyone know's how much gas is. i am so very sorry that i dont feel that the southern hospitality is enough.i know when i pay for my hound to run in a hunt i am taking a chance that they will not even place but their is a chance i can when some of my money back.i wanted to come & see the pen for myself because the pictures are great.but i am not a wealthy person so i can't just come on pleasure,but maby next time. &(this is for the person that responded to me if this is what you call southern hospitality i dont't need none of it)

Wondering. Don't know who you are but that doesn't matter. To answer your question, no we are not going to pay any money back.This is the grand opening and hunt for the pen. Sorry if that does not make it helpful for some but we sure would love to have you even if you just came to see the pen and eat some good food. This is not just for a hunt, this is open
house!!!!!

To you negative people, if you don't like the way this hunt is going to be then don't go and just keep your opinions to yourself. The way I read it its a benefit hunt for this new pen, probably to help with the expenses for there top notch facility or to help with buying game. There are lots of pens that do this to help out with the rising costs that come with having a pen. Weither the hunters are running for money or a ribbon the pens expense is the same either way. John and Rachel- never met you but I wish you good luck with your pen.

Thanks Mr. Rob, some do understand the work and expences it takes to do something like this. This pen is not just a couple of 100 acres it is 1675 acres and that is for you and everyone else who APPRECIATES it. You know you can't please everyone with anything you do.... John and Rachel looking forward to the hunt i have a couple of hounds with fresh black dyed numbers i would like to see if those numbers are available i'll call and give you the numbers to check for availibility thanks again and looking forward to the hunt i'll probably need at least5 or6 numbers thanks again ricky also when i call i'll need to get some directions have an idea where its at but want to be sure

What is the info on the RV park on the road into the pen? Some hunters coming might be interested.

Neal I am not sure on the Picture Pull up. Brian Evans can tell you, he is the one put them up.
Mike the camper deal close to the pen, I think is a membership campsite.

IM THINKING ABOUT TRYING TO COME DOWN TO THE HUNT.IS THE NUMBER 191 TAKEN IF NOT I COULD USE THAT NUMBER.
IM KINDA HOPING THERE MAY BE SOME COLLARS DOWN THAT WAY THAT COULD USE SOME REPAIRS.JUST LET ME KNOW ON THE NUMBER.I ALREADY HAVE A 91 BLEACHED ON HIM SO I KINDA NEED SOMETHING THAT WILL WORK WITH THAT.THANKS SO MUCH RANDY KING
