What y'all got going on for the holiday weekend???.... we's cookin a hawg and about 100 pound of chicken. Might get a little rowdy round the old homeplace the next few days. |

Stotesberry if you have time do DNA check on yourself, and send results, u may have some Cajun blood in you  have a good weekend, we are cooking at dads and running some of those old slow puppies

Biggest one we won was the Palmetto Pig Pic'N . Lotta teams from across the southeast. We've done alright. Kinda funny - when we arc the coffin off - a few times people have come over to see if "everything was OK ?" It's a great cooker - you don't have to do really anything for the first 8 hours or so........except have a few adult beverages.
