Chase Poll
There are always numerous posts about the date you get the magazine. So, my question is how many would be willing to pay extra money per year to upgrade the mailing so everyone would basically get their magazine the same time each month. I'll make sure the Chase gets the results. I would be willing to pay more. |

I don't know that I would want to pay more to get mine on time because it doesn't bother me to get it late. I would rather they spend the money on improving the magazine itself. Bottom line though, I would pay more.

I would not be willing to pay more. It comes when it comes just like every other magazine I get. No need to charge more. |

I think they ought to send me one free. D*** thing will nearly hypnotizes a person when they try to read all that BR549,DoubleAA,XYZ Championship BS on every stud dog ad anyway. And what for? A bunch of dang hunting and trailing  They should just rename it, "THE PIDDLER" Give them anymore money and they'd probably just make the pages slicker and a man couldn't even use it in the out house.  I better just let this go before I get MAD!

I would not be willing to pay more for mine. The news is usually old and if not for checking registrations and enrollment for corrections would probably drop it now. $15 dollars to register and then $15 to transfer i think they could use moneys more wisely. I am on the outside looking in so maybe they are using our money wisely. Randy |

WELL IN LAST 18 OR SO YEARS I`VE ONLY RECEIVED MINE LATE TWICE, ONCE BECAUSE I DIDN`T SEND IN RENEWAL SOON ENOUGH AND THIS MONTHS BECAUSE OF MECHANICAL PROBLEMS AT PUBLISHING. SO AS FAR AS EXTRA COST FOR UPDATE MAILING I VOTE NO. |

So Barry are you saying the Horn use a different class mail to mail there magazine? No i wouldn't pay more they should just do there job and mail it on time. |

I don't know what the Horn uses. The Chase mails 2nd class. I am told anything that goes through Richmond, VA has problems. The Chase mails all magazines at the same time. Can you explain why some get theirs weeks ahead of others. I can't, The Chase can't. |

Barry I just have a hard time believing they mail them all at one time or mail them when they say they do. Heck they wouldn't even pick up mail from post office I sent them it was returned to me marked unclaimed.

don't even have mine for may much less june if it wasn't a need too have if you are going to register and raise fox dogs people wouldn't put up with it. i'm with the above post they need to hire so one from the horne or atleast take maybe take notes.

Well if I can't get Hilton stirred any I just as well join him. My earlier post was all about that. I haven't taken the chase for a couple years now, well maybe it's been 4 or 5. Time does slip away. The magazine was fine but mostly about hunts and hounds out of my reach or maybe I should say just differ greatly from the style I choose for here in Iowa. However, about the mailing of the magazine. A few of us had the same problem sometime back, 6,8-10 years ago. Other's 5-10 miles on any and all sides of me would get their magazine 7-10 days before I'd get mine. I'd complain to C&H publishing and they would say "we mail them all on the same day". I didn't believe it. But later found it to be the truth and the delay was all to blame on a certain bulk break point location strickly with the US Postal service. They got it straightened out and haven't had any problems since. If the Chase has had problems over the last month or so, that is another story but for the most part, You all need to get the attention of the postal service. I'd still like to argue about something with you Hilton.
