Thanks again to everyone who has contacted us with love, care and concern. We are doing our best to respond individually to each of you. Please be patient!

In response to your wonderful offers, we will be discussing at our regularly scheduled Meeting for Worship with Intent to Conduct Business this coming first day (9/11) a process for accepting donations to establish a fund to help the New Orleans Friends and others as possible.

Even though we are in a catastrophe environment, we want (and need!) to follow our traditional Quaker process and trust the Spirit to move us in the proper direction. We do, however, hope for a faster sense of unity than sometimes happens in Quaker business sessions:-) :-)
