I have tried to call Baton Rouge with limited success so it is so good to hear that all from the Baton Rouge meeting are safe. I miss you all dearly and have been praying for you!
It has been hard to see and believe the misery and devastation in the Gulf, so I can not imagine your grief being in the midst of it all. But know that you are loved and in the thoughts and prayers of so many! I have experienced for myself the love and generosity of the Baton Rouge Friends and am heartened to know that you all exist in a time and place where love and generosity are so sorely needed.

Oh, you darling!
Thanks for writing to us and loving us and holding us all in the Light. We miss you, too! The phone lines are slowly working in a wider circle so maybe we'll be able to connect that way soon. In the meantime, we are so lucky for the technology of cyberspace.
