Please anyone that can help me. I am a single mom living in Knoxville TN. I am in search of my girls father Robert Kula. His last known address is listed 321 or 421 Main St in Baton Rouge as late as 12/2006. We have not heard from Mr Kula sine June 2000. Robert's family in NC has not heard from him either. I am praying there might be someone who knows this Street in BR and let me know if this is a residential area.
