The Consulate-General of Japan is presently searching for a
Culture and Information Assistant
The Consulate General of Japan is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to assist in organizing its cultural events, public information and educational outreach activities, as well as administrative clerical work. This is a full-time position.
Start Date: June 2
(provided the necessary administrative procedures have been completed)
Qualifications sought:
· B.A. required
· Excellent Organizational, communication, writing skills
· Proficient with MS Office
· Knowledge of audio-visual equipment
· Experience in Japan preferred
· Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Publisher, Basic CD/DVD authoring software and basic digital video editing software is considered a strong asset
