Yoy are right the trade is on its knees, the compitition is fierce and pay is crap!! Polestar and the German Arvato however are offering good pay and conditions, the days of the small shops and good pay and conditions are over. Sweat shops, Slave labour conditions for wallies is now the norm. Do what i'm doing............ Emigrate!!! Canada and Australia are in need of good Binders and are willing to pay the dough to get them. |
