I just today saw your message. This suggestion will probably be too late to help you, but here goes: try backing off the roller pressure on your #4 roller. I am used to an MBO folder, not a Stahl but I imagine your folder has an adjustable gap under the roller adjustment knob. You can put 2 or more extra thicknesses of paper under it and still have the piece go through the folder. You can also try the above procedure on roller #5. I hope this helps.
