I am totally in agreement myself been in the trade 23 years and getting fed up with being taken the piss out of .My wife works 9-5 and works local to where we live on 50p an hour less than me. I am at the moment studying for another career I hope it works cos I cannot stay in this trade any longer than necessary.If the pay was good then that would be different but I have no earned anymore than I was 10 years ago. To be honest I hope the Printing Industry goes tits up as their is alot of deadwood in this industry i.e too many chiefs not enough indians |
