I would have to disagree. I have been using the Tri-Creaser for over 2 years now on an MBO folder with 2 right angles. In those 2 yeasrs we have folded more tha 25 million forms using the Tri-Creaser for scoring.
Yes you have to change the rubber inserts regularly but the metal wheels are still original.
It only take a trained operator 4 minutes to take out the shafts and 3 minutes to replace rubber inserts.
I do have to aggree that the Tri-Creasers are over priced.
But in the hands of a good operator they work wonders.
I have been folding for 27 years on many different machines and I would have to say that the Tri-Creaser
is not perfect but it is a good tool and does work well. |
