So you want a crease on your folding machine as good as the cylinders.

first thing, can your operator be bothered with the hassle of
it? look at it you are just passing a lot more hard work on to folding machine. 

Yes Tri-creaser or CreaseMaster are good.. what about your
folding machine is that still in good condition?   If it's not forget
it.

Personally I have seen so many selling second hand on Ebay (£70
to £220) that it's seems
good money going down the drain.

Most printing/finishing companies can make there own so called super scores from
bits that have came with the folding machines.

all you need is 2 x collars - 4 x side trim rubbers - 2 to 4 
0.5mm spacers (depending how thick you want the crease) and 1 to 3 creasers.
(same again, how or thick you wish the score)

give the operator a bit of time to experiment, then you have a
so called super crease for next to nothing.
