To do a winged gatefold on a four plate buckle machine is as:-

Go up plate 1, 1 third of the sheet length.
Then go down plate 2, 5 sixths of the original sheet length.
Then go down plate 4 , 2 thirds of the original sheet length

Then with a bit of fine tuning and a bit of head scratching you will have a winged gatefold leaflet.
No need for expensive attachments on this type of gatefold leaflet.
