I must agree with Steve about the print finishing/bindery trades, wow proper f—cked up.
The reason the printing trade is so F—cked up, is the dim people in it are all two faced and would rather put there fellow workers down to make them feel far superior.
If they had half a brain cell and stuck together they would achieve a lot more together.
IE: getting a much more realistic hourly pay rate, proper overtime rates, private health benefits etc etc.
Stop the bitching and get to gether and get what we deserve!
I just wonder how many dim wits work for a tenner an hour and overtime payed at normal rate?
