i know this message is probably to late but a collegue has just told me about this website.
kiss cutting only gets hard if you are doing shapes. this is due to the rule having different hights so you need to let the die bed in for a while.it also helps if you have the shapes ruled in smaller pieces.if you have problems with bad 'banging through' i would suggest you nock the shape out and file around the wood where it is banging through this will help the rule find its leavel in the die. if it still bangs through file the back of the rule.as a last resort blunt the rule. |
