roller pressure is key.but everyone else has told u that one thing i would check is if u are runnin a stahl folder with zero make ready plates make sure your adjustments are all centerd believe it or not if they are turned to the + side or _ side it is the same as cocking the old fashioned plates. I would start with all dead center then make adj from their.also have wheels as close to slitter as possible to prevent it from riding out. GOOD LUCK |
