This is an article by Rabbi Kurzweil. He is Shoshana's husband. This is from Rabbi and Shoshana's web site.
A church on the Rock, is not necessarily a building but we should be surrounded by spiritual richness. We can do that online, but we have to work at it. This is one place I find my spiritual richness. There is even more included, at Olive Tree Ministries (.net) and A Place Callled Hope (.net)
I am just putting up some scriptures with the article linked.
Of course, if you want to know more about the scriptures consult your Bible and if you want to make a comment about the article or talk about making a congregation...or how to...I have no idea, when you are stuck at home?? then go ahead and post.

LIVELY STONES ON THE ROCK
The world of nature provides a remarkable illustration for "lively stones" being built into strong habitations: the little animals that build coral reefs (polyps). In many ways, the lives of coral polyps parallel the growth of a local church.
Acts 2:42 And they were continually devoting themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayers... 47 Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.
I Peter 2:5 You also, as living stones (KJV: lively stones), are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
