Linda Lou Laws, age 65 of Romulus, MI passed away at Oakwood Hospital Annapolis Center, Monday June 4, 2012. She was born March 14, 1947 in Pikeville, KY, to the late Emzy and Ernie (Smith) Tackett.

She was a Christian woman who enjoyed crocheting, quilting, crafting and computers. She was very interested in her family genealogy.

Linda is survived by her loving husband Damon, two daughters Patricia (Kenneth) Dionisi of Taylor, MI, and Adreanna (Andy) Mulkey of Belleville, MI, a son Damon (Alma) Laws of Chicago, IL, and 8 grandchildren, also survived by brothers Charles Tackett of Ann Arbor, MI, Lonnie Hartsoch of St. Louis, MO, Emmet Hartsoch of Sevierville, TN two sisters Linda Jackson of Kodak, TN and Edna Hagen of Big Stone Gap, VA.

Visitation will be held at David C. Brown Funeral Home in Belleville, MI Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 4:30 Pm to 6 PM, with a memorial service at 6:00pm. Reverend Walker Harris will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association and would be appreciated by the family.
