I totally agree with not hunting on sunday, God gives us 6 days to hunt, I believe that he expects us to serve him on sunday. I don't think this is asking to much, when I think of what he has done for me.

Fishing tournaments started just like this, sat, then sundays. If we dont make a stand now, there will be know stand. A day of rest, and even are dogs need it. Lord's Day I want be there,

Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. One of the ten commandments, not a suggestion, but a commandment from God. Not doing this is a direct deliberate disobedience to a COMMANDMENT OF GOD. Folks we must keep our priorities straight. I love our sport and enjoy it very much but there is nothing more important then obeying God, NOTHING!!!!!!!!

Am I the only one who thinks being outdoors in God's creation puts me closer to god than being in a building made by man?

To each there own, but I know these sundays when I am in the woods turkey hunting watching the sun come up and listening to turkeys gobbling makes me feel closer to creation than anything else in this world. Much the same as listening to fine hounds in full cry.

why dont yall just a have sunday service at the pen after cast all that wanted to attend could, nothing says you cant worship the lord outside at a field trial, you are suppose to worship him everyday not just on sunday..

Jesus said his followers would be persecuted. We are seeing it here on Masterfox by people that are scared to sign their name. How can you criticize someone for their Christian belief?

I don't see it as persecuting. I think it is more like working with the issues. If people don't want to go because it's on a sunday, that is there opinion and their right. Christianity is but one religion. There are many religions with many different rituals.

At the end of the day this is one hunt and people are free to attend or not to attend as they see fit.

So getting made fun of because standing up for what they believe in isn't persecution? It is in my book, especially by someone who is ashamed to use their real name.

I did not see anyone making fun of anyone's religion. I read an exchange of ideas. I don't see how that is a bad thing.
