What age was the hunt for and was it for anyone or private i must have missed where it was advertised on the message board I miss coming to hunts at Sampson I wish someone would open the big pen back up.

The big pen is gone forever

good hunt but better be glad wasnt no scratching, would look alot different.

Did Jim sell the big pen or did they take the wire down whys it gone forever

He sold the big pen, sold the land. The wire is still up and still in good shape. The land is being used as farm land. I have never heard if anyone has approached the new owner about a lease for the pen. There was a bunch of cattle in the big pen the last time I was there. The cows didn't hurt the wire very bad at all. Someone should ask them about it. It was a good one.

Does anyone have is contact info?

From what I was told by Jordy Brooks (whom I farmed for the past couple years) is that he has the big pen leased with option to buy when his lease is up. More than likely not gonna see the pen opened back up. I have mentioned it to him before and he didn't like the idea.

He'll know all about the big pen and he's a nice person.
