What types of vitimans work well during the summer?

Lixotonic (spelling ) works well all year but really good for hot months due to the amount of electrilites

Put out Gatorade when they run and I get the kind u mix ur self and two day before I run i mix the Gatorade into the pen and don't put any water in the pen make them drink it
