1st through 20th Place will receive awards
The top 10 dog's scoring will be posted each day.

We currently have cash and prizes donated from Black Gold, Pride, Showtime, Specialty Feeds, Midwestern Pet Foods(Sportsmix),another Dog Food Company, The Hunters Horn, The Chase, 3 Rivers Supply, Johnsons Hound Supply, Advanced Crafting, BB Graphics, Terry Walker, Richard Evans and Ronnie McMillan.

Diane Hodge will have the kitchen open at the pen Wed afternoon for short order lunch (hamburgers and fries,etc).

She will be cooking breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday also.

8:00 am

Start selling memberships, and signing sportsmanship
agreements.

9:00 am

Start drawing of numbers

10:00 am +/-

We will start taking entries as soon as the drawing of
numbers is completed.

We will take entries until 4:00 pm sharp.

We will take late entries AFTER the banquet, back AT THE
PEN.

Final cutoff for late entries will be 10:00 pm.

There will be NO ENTRIES the morning of the hunt


At the Manning United Methodist Church

5:00 pm Judges Meeting at the Activity Hall

6:00 pm The Masters Banquet and Leaderboard Awards
Membership and Directors meetings afterwards.

We want to thank Terry Walker with The Hunters Horn , John Headley with Midwestern Pet Foods, Wally Johnson with Johnson's Hound Supply and Stan Durant with Advanced Crafting for their donations to the door prizes.

Folks... Free Magazine subscriptions, hound supplies, almost 1000 pounds of dog food, and something extra sharp that Advance Crafting has made for us.....all for coming to eat some good food and see the Leaderboard awards.

Checking of the hounds and cast time will be posted at the pen on Wednesday and announced again at the banquet.


Bench Show and Dinner:

The Bench show will start at 5:00 pm.
Mr John Allan and Black Gold is sponsoring the Bench Show this year with a TON of feed to the Bench Show Winners.

Bobbie Jo Burris with BB Graphics is sponsoring blankets for the Best in Show and Best Opposite Sex winners.


“Specialty Feeds Challenge at the Masters”

"The Challenge" will be awarded each day for the top S&D winner of the day.
$500 each day. In case of a tie, ties are broken on number of KEPT 1st place crossings, if tied...KEPT 2nd place crossings....etc.

Mr. Chuck Haaland of Specialty feeds will be presenting the first day winner of "The Challenge" a check for $500 right after the bench show winner is chosen.
Please have this hound and owner ready for pictures , along with the bench show winners.

4:00 pm or as soon as can be arranged - Specialty Feed Challenge winner picture and payout for day 2.

SAT, March 22nd .... "Gameday"

Walk thru to be announced.

Awards to be handed out as soon as possible.

What the Top 20 , plus Classiest hound, and Best Mouth will be shooting for:

Chris McDonald of 3 Rivers Hound Supply is sponsoring embroidered dog blankets for the top 20 GTP.

Dog feed....At least 3 tons

Bonus $$ from Showtime, Pride, and another feed company - $2250

Bonus $$ from The Hunters Horn (if the dog is Horn Registered) - $1500 ($750 for 1st, $500 for 2nd, $250 for 3rd)

Bonus $$ from The Chase (if the dog is Chase Registered) - $1500 ($750 for 1st, $500 for 2nd, $250 for 3rd)

And then all the entry fee $$ after expenses goes back to the hunters as well.

Not bad for the TOP 20.

One thing I did forget - So far we have 38 confirmed judges, counting Mrs Boone running the computer.

The pen is stacked and they will get looked at....bring em on, this big place can hold em.
