These magnets are encased in a orange injection molded housing and have a tab for easy removal and installing under the collar to turn the transmitter on/ off. With these under the collar magnet housing, NO MORE o-rings or rubber straps to break, magnet falls out and transmitter runs until next time of use or battery is dead.
