POLICE ADVISE PUBLIC TO STAY OUT OF LEIGH WOODS ( Leigh Woods )

Police are advising members of the public to stay out of the National Trust wooded area alongside Leigh Road, Leigh Woods this evening due to a missing young Aberdeen Angus bull which is believed to be in the area.

The animal was reported missing from a farm in North Somerset.

Police have been liasing with the farmer which owns the bull and veterinary experts to locate the bull and capture it in order to return it to the farm.

Officers are advising members of the public to stay out of the area this evening unless absolutely necessary. Anyone with information about this animal is asked to contact police immediately.
