Hi all,

First post on the forum. My name is Cyrille, I've settled down in Bristol a bit more than a month ago, and would fancy riding with some of you. I have already been riding in the Pyrenees and the Alps (well, I'm French, it helps).

Just to have a "smooth" start with my brand new bike, I would like to know whether you are really regularly meeting during the week on date and place advertise on this website. I'd like to see if I can make it quickly for trips the kind of such planned for next Sunday...

Was just thinking the same. Have knocked the midweek trip to the velodrome on the head now the sun has come out and am looking for a week night off-road regular ride. Do the tuesday/thursday meets at North Road actually happen ? If so what time ?

Tuesday and Thursday rides do happen and start to pick up now that the weather is getting a bit more friendly. Generally there are people who meet up regardless of weather but it is not always guaranteed. Best to post up on here first to make sure you are not on your own ( Leigh Woods when its dark is right spooky - them little squirrels sound bigger than they really are!!).
