New Years Ride

Hi,

Anyone doing a New Years day ride this year... rotten hangovers and very little sleep included?????
Bunch of us had a good crack last year.

Does anyone have any proper reasonable advice to give concerning nutrition & training for the coming years endurance events?

Have set my self the challenges of Action 100, Enduro 12, & Merida 75 or 100 (depending how fit I get).

Any trainers / intuitionalists who could put me on the right track to get started, and again in another three months time to make any amendments?

Been getting some great stuff on internet.

I'm keen for a ride on Sunday or Monday. I wouldn't mind heading to Wales although I have never been before.
