We're trailbuilding again this Saturday at Ashton Court. The plan for this session is to continue building a stone causeway through the Hawthorns section on Beggar Bush Lane. This should make this section permanently weatherproof and we should also be able to put in some berms and rollers to make it more fun.

It's a big undertaking and any help would be much appreciated. If you fancy coming out we're meeting at 10.00 at the Golf Kiosk, tools and materials will be supplied but please wear stout footwear. Feel free to turn up later if you can't make the start and there are more details on the website in my profile.

Apparently we haven't got a vehicle available for the dig day tomorrow, which will make it pretty pointless as the stone we were going to use is across the other side of the estate. So instead we're going to dig over in 50 Acre, starting where we left off last time (the start of the Somme, the open section at the top of the wood).

Just follow the logging track up from the layby on Weir Lane to the opposite side of the wood and you should find us, or give me a ring on (0771) 265 0857. (Reception is poor over there so a text might be best.)
