I know it's only Tuesday but is anyone out on Sunday? Stephen suggested the quantocks, are you still up for it?

Having done a ride with Mike P over at Wentwood the other week could i suggest that. There is a downhill course, some very good singletrack, singletrack in the making and some stuff nobody knows about so it wont be chewed up.

Otherwise i am easy

I would be keen to try Wentwood, but I saw something on Singletrackworld - a few people said they parked at the forest and had their cars broken into. Where did you park when you went with Mike, at the forest or in the village/town nearby ????

Is your FSR the one with the new fangled threshold thingy on the seat stay ??

I noticed that on STW as well. Foresters Oak is the car park where I normally park. Could always go to "Five Lanes" or park in Llanvar Discoed, but the ride would start with a epic road climb :-(

It don't matter where you park, if their going to break in they will.

All, carparks are thief magnets. North Road is not exactly crime free, holford layby, afan, cwmcarn etc.

How about a couple of trails at afan, haven't done Penhydd for ages

Afan is quite far away, I would prefer something like the quantocks (less muddy than anywhere else by far).
Or maybe a couple of circuits at Cuwn Carn.

Cwm Carns fine by me unless any one has any other ideas.

Meet at the cottage for 9am or cwm carn about 10

... its good honest!! I will send out a email now as it is a ride Mike and myself will lead. Loads of really good tracks that no one hardly uses so it will be mostly dry. However if you want to go to Afan or Cwm carn etc its fine by me.
But either way meet at Cottage at 9:00am as usual.
