Club Meeting:

Club meeting tonight 20:30pm as usual at the Colosseum. Meet up for a few
bevvies and a chin wag. I unfortunately wont be able to make it tonight but
please do go along if your up for it (as before there is secure storage for your
steed if you feel like riding down).

Alps trip:
After much talking and debating here is what the arrangements are:

1st: Book your ticket with British Airways as follows:
Heathrow to Geneva flight BA0726 departing at 8:30AM ON 8TH JULY
Geneva to Heathrow flight BA0731 departing at 15:00PM ON 15TH JULY

OR

IF YOU WISH TO DRIVE TO THE ALPS YOU MAY DO SO

2nd: Once you have booked and paid for your tickets or you decide on driving
please call me and confirm your decision and a palce will be reserved for you

3rd: My phone number is zero794 185 seve631 (remove no spam)

4th:Once you have called me and confirmed i will need a deposit cheque. Deposit
cheque is £100 made payable to : Trail Addiction ltd. (i will only give my
address out once people have booked/confirmed their place).

We can at a later date arrange transport issues. The main concern for most is
the possible excess baggage charges that may occur at check in with our bikes.
To solve this issue myself and Simon P would feel comfortable hiring and driving
a van to the Alps with all the bikes in the back. However to make it cost
effective everybody (around 15+ people) needs to be in agreeance (cost would be
with 15 people involved no more than £80 each both ways). Let me know when you
call me.

If he above option is chosen (ie: Simon P and myself driving bikes) we still
cant fly with Easyjet from Bristol because the time of arrival in Geneva is too
late in the afternoon for the transfer service that Trail Addiction offer.

Either way make your decision promptly as i need deposit cheques to secure our
places. PLEASE FINALISE BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK (SAT 04/02/06) OTHERWISE YOU
WONT BE GOING.
