i can conferm that both pip and i shall be coming to coedy pips just been given the ok to start riding her bike again in about two weeks time when she stop taking the beta blockers yahooooo no more stressy pipster

I would be well up for this, especially as I have a proper full size XC bike this year, might keep up on the hills I'll bimble by at the meeting - I need to have a pint or two to shake off this hibernation hangover.

I wonder if I can still remember how to ride?
