I am moving back to Rochester from Colorado. Is there any chance there are any shuttle trails/downhill or mtns with lift access in the region, ie. Bristol or Swain?

There are no real downhills in Bristol to speak of. There are a couple of slow, techy trails in Leigh Woods and there are lots of jumps etc. at Still Woods (near Ashton Court).

If you want uplifts and proper downhills, then Cwmcarn in South Wales is prob the nearest. There are also uplift days at various South Wales sites (Rheola, Mountain Ash etc...). Go to www.dragondownhill.com.

There is also an uplift facility at Afan Argoed.

Why on earth would you want to move back to Rochetser from Colorado? I went to Crested Butte and Moab a couple of years ago and I didn't want to come back

are you referring to Rochester in the UK or in New England, USA
