hi all

i've recently fitted an LX disc to the front of my Rockhopper and ever since it rattles and makes noises like you wouldn't believe.

Being fairly useless at maintenance, is this just a 'feature' or have i done something wrong? I think the noise is the pads as they seem to float, is this right?

There should be a spring between the two pads which will hold them away from the rotor n stop 'em rattling.Is it in place properly? Is it intact? Assume all the rotor bolts and other fittings are tight. Good luck! G.
