Regular Leigh Woods rides?

Are BMTB Club doing these Tues and Thurs night rides at 19:00? How fast do you go, and how many turn up?

As it says just keep an eye out on the forum. Most of the time there are people who pitch up to ride but dont always post on the forum (Internet access at work i think). So just go along. If you are not familar with the trails then post up here so you make sure you dont pitch up by yourself.
