I have a GPS log of this route. However, it's so convaluted that it is almost impossible to follow on a 1:50000 map.

On the ground knowledge is the the only way. Perhaps one day a club ride may be organised.

37 miles with the pictures taken looked a fantastic day out :-)
Might see what I can come up with on my computer GPS programe to ride.
