As for hiring bike, I throw this to the floor. I think pembury cycles (link above) hire out bikes. But I may be wrong.

Forest of Dean?

I am interested in the Forest of Dean rides... How are the ride done...

Different groups for Different ability...
How far do you ride?
How long?
Do you do multiple rides from a single start point? i.e. from a bike centre in the FOD
How long are the days...am/pm/all day?
