You go down the M5 untill it ends (follow Exeter Race Course). Follow A38 untill it forks right on the A38 still following Exeter Race Course. Off duel carrageway there is a nasty left turn off at a foresry park signe.
There has been a write up in two MTB magazines last month, and it is the kind of place to take time exploring and taking time playing. It is not the kind of place for a 25m - 35m killer loops and such. Showers available free and decent toilets, good coffee and crepes at a good price.
