Thursday night ride on the Mendips

Dont worry Tav, we'll be safe with Hwe there.

I may be able to help you with lights. I've got a set of cateye rc230's you can have for a small fee. Theyre only 10watt output, and if you run both lamps the battery lasts about an hour. With one lamp, just over two hours is possible. You wouldnt really want to use them off road on your own, because theyre only slightly brighter than a candle in a brown bottle, and the battery weighs as much as a young hippo. Oh, and you need a bottle cage to put it in. Apart from those minor drawbacks, an awesome set of lights to cherish
