A headset press will set you back a least £40 and before anyone says it you can make your own with a rod and some nuts but its worth taking the bike to Johns Bikes to get the head tube faced before the headset is fitted.

The headset facing tools cost hundreds so don't ask if you can get one of those as well.

Don't let the cheapskates get to you. Doing the job with proper tools is what a CK headset deserves.
