Thanks for replying. I'm working unfortunately. Please can I be notified of any other unfit!/beginners weekend group rides, for myself and a few other 'novices'.

Definately up for a ride this weekend if other people are interested? Ashton Court at 10:30 Sunday sounds good.

sorry guys i`ve got to cry off of tomorrows ride . my dad was taken into hospital last night with a suspected heart attack .
