Most of the bites happened between 7am and started really slowing down around 10am. I did not check the water temp...I just got out there and started casting and had a good day.

Thanks for the report Vania!! Sounds like you had a nice trip. What time did you get most of your bites? Did you happen to check the water temp in McReynolds too?

Launched at Cliff's Landing in Baldwin CO. and went about a 1/4 mile until we got to McReynolds lake around 6:30 a.m. Fished white and yellow floating worms around weed lines and grass caught a lot (around 11 fish) of nice quality chunky bass weighing around 2-3lbs and caught one nice bass weighing at 5-lbs 1-oz (really fat). The water was way up in the river and looked like chocolate milk. Had to go way in the back of McReynolds lake to find some pretty clear water. All bass were caught in the deeper water off the weeed line rather than towards the shoreline in the weeds.
