The word celestial beings are used only in 2 bible versions:
World English Bible and Hebrew Names Version.
Meaning of celestial:
Ref:Merriam Webster: 1 : of, relating to, or suggesting heaven or divinity
In Jude 1:8, celestial beings refer to angels not to satan nor his demons.
King James Version use "dignities" rather than celestial beings.
Revised Standard Version use "glorious ones".
New Living Translation use "glorious ones".
New American Standard use "angelic majesties".
