With the gastrologist's findings that there is nothing wrong with the stomach physically, this is a clear indication that the severe stomach pain is symbolic. Clearly, God has anointed you to sense evil and trouble. Your spirits are sensitized by the unction of the Holy Spirit so that you would engage and put satan and his hierarchy under your feet and turn them over to Jesus.

Severe stomach pain is symbolic of filth such as immorality i.e. sexual perversion, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, etc. Filth also comes in thru unclean foods, spiritual and physical food. Unclean physical food is symbolic of food sacrificed to idols and food considered unclean in the Scriptures.

Now that you have the knowledge of its symbols, you must identify who are having this filth. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal them to you. Start with your Church. In your spirit, scan each member of the Church, scanning the leadership down to the congregation. When your spirit is scanning a person and that severe stomach pain stops, then that person is identified as filthy because of his/her sin or is clean but serving as carrier or contact point of another person who is filthy. Be careful not to be judgmental but be compassionate in leading the sinners out of their bondage.
