When I was a kid in the mid-70s, my favorite episode was one that involved a woman and her lover trying to kill her husband. They keep failing and, in the end, the woman and her lover are killed in a car accident that may have been planned by the “unsuspecting” husband.

What I remember most is the dialogue between the husband and his secretary. When she would screw up, he would say “that’s strike one…that’s strike two…”

Does anyone know the name of this episode or where I can get a copy?
