Some years ago at the old McNeil pen we always had a big cooking every tuesday night during turkey season. One night we got messed up on whose night it was to bring the food. Tommy Kirkland brought two sacks of crawfish and I brought tenderized deer steaks. We didn't want to waste so we boiled the deer meat with the crawfish. Best deer meat I ever ate been doing it ever since.

Rex that sounds good and like a good time. We need to start a cook day at the pen and get the old times rolling again.....Any ideas????
