Dos anyone used safe-guard dewormer if so how much you give each dog and how often

If you are using the 10% liquid or paste then one ml is good for 4.4 lbs

Need to use it 3 days in a row to be effective.

I'm usein the paste so use 3 days in a row once a mounth

I would suggest alternating with ivomec (or Equimax which contains ivomec and a tapeworm wormer) and a pyrantel pamoate medicine like Pro Pam. Safeguard is kinda expensive but you need to use it all along. Ideally, I would use it every 3rd month and use a cheaper wormer like ivomec or pro pam the 2 months in between.

I used panacur paste for 3 days (4 turns on tube adjuster) one month and panacur paste ( same dose) for 3days and on 4th day 1CC ivermectin next month . Had a dog checked by vet , had no worms , not even heart worms . Hope this helps , Big Jim.
