A young man who has hunted in my pen some called and wanted to sell his two beagles. They are 2 past and will run a coyote but prefer a deer. The full beagle is good size (prob 14-15 inches) and the half beagle is bigger. Both can run. I have seen the half breed outrun big dogs.
