After talking with the board members I was told at this years All-American their will be a motion and voted on to cast 60 hounds minimum the last day.Sounds good to me.

This is the first I've heard of this.

The by-laws say top 15% and in order to change a by-law, the National rule book says it takes a 2/3 majority of the membership, and the All American is Nationally affiliated.

Also, I would think a change like this would have to be advertised so the members would know what to expect when they left home.

Not saying I'm against it. Just needs to be done the right way.
